I have been employed by UCSB to tutor sections of 15+ people in Organic Chemistry and General Chemistry for the past year as well as 1-1 tutoring. I also work in research labs on campus in biochemistry and evolutionary biology, as well as interning at nasa in the space biosciences branch. Hobbies
I am on the UCSB hockey team and being raised in Colorado, really enjoy skiing too. After living in beautiful Santa Barbara for the past 3 years I've also picked up surfing as my favorite hobby. I really like working with kids, and have been involved with Kids In Nutrition at UCSB for the past 2 years, a local nonprofit that teaches kids K-6 about nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. I'm currently applying to medical school and can offer some insight to those are wanting to follow this same path.
