Tutoring Experience: I tutored a student in Chemistry while I was in high school, but my science years are far behind me now. Test Scores: I received a 2060 overall on the SAT, and scored a 4 on the AP English Literature and AP English Language tests. I also received a 4 on the AP Chemistry test and a 5 on the AP Spanish test. Grade: A Why I want to be a tutor: I have always enjoyed helping others to understand, and my natural patience allows me to ensure that someone thoroughly comprehends what I am attempting to explain to them before moving on. To me, a sound and diverse education is fundamentally important if one wishes to live an open-minded and enriching life, and helping someone along the way to such a life more than makes up for any sort of work involved in the process.
