I am a Linguistics Major at the University of California, Santa Barbara (graduating June 213). I also have an Associates in Music from Santa Barbara City College (2011)
Experience
I have tutored fundamentals of music theory, and I have also been a conversational English partner for graduate student from China. I am interested in teaching, and would like to tutor any age. I have studied intensive Mandarin abroad at Beijing Normal University, and am currently in Chinese 6 at UCSB. I have also studied Spanish for 4 years in high school, and taken Spanish 4,5,6, and 25 at UCSB. Additionally, I have taken a class on TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages), and would be comfortable tutoring non-native speakers of English. I currently hold a 3.69 GPA and and am on the Dean's list.
